WhyNotA Massage offers pain relief through muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure. When applying pressure to the origin of the pain I also apply pressure to the muscle that is causing the pull on the muscle. This releases the pressure on the pulled muscle a lot faster.

 

I look at what work you do for prolong periods of time and provide alternate methods to perform tasks or explore methods to facilitate healing. I have helped numerous clients have a life without pain. I hope to help you.

Carmella has been a licensed massage therapist since 1995. She has taken several advanced modality courses including Myofascial Release, Critz Release Technique, Orthopedic Massage & Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy®. She specializes in Crossfiber Corrective Muscle Therapy® (CCMT) to help correct serious muscle conditions, everyday aches, arthritis, ALS & autoimmune diseases. Her approach to bodywork uses strokes applied across the muscle fibers (crossfiber)—with the goal of correcting muscular, vascular, neurological & other soft-tissue damage throughout the body.
